上睑下垂是临床上常见疾病，西医以病因治疗结合手术为主，中医以辨证论治为基础，予中药、针刺或针药并用施治，二者各有所长，但均对复杂、难治性上睑下垂有局限，因此中西医结合治疗值得深入探讨。
상검하수시림상상상견질병，서의이병인치료결합수술위주，중의이변증론치위기출，여중약、침자혹침약병용시치，이자각유소장，단균대복잡、난치성상검하수유국한，인차중서의결합치료치득심입탐토。
Ptosis is a common clinical disease . The cause of ptosis is the theme of the western medicine treatment .Then with the ptosis diorthosis completes the treatment .But the theme of traditional Chinese medicine treating ptosis is that treatment based on syndrome differentiation . Then we choose traditional Chinese medicine ,acupuncture ,or put them together to treat ptosis .Although all of them have many advantages ,but it is a difficult to one of them that reducing the recurrence rate of intractable ptosis .So we could combine traditional Chinese and western medicine .
