对痛风立消化合物的制剂基质进行筛选,采用单因素筛选法和正交设计试验,以体外释放度为主要考察指标,筛选该化合物制剂基质的最优处方。最优处方比例为:药料质量之比1∶10,壳聚糖5%,乙醇百分比25%。采用筛选后的最优处方制得的制剂释药特性符合设计要求。
對痛風立消化閤物的製劑基質進行篩選,採用單因素篩選法和正交設計試驗,以體外釋放度為主要攷察指標,篩選該化閤物製劑基質的最優處方。最優處方比例為:藥料質量之比1∶10,殼聚糖5%,乙醇百分比25%。採用篩選後的最優處方製得的製劑釋藥特性符閤設計要求。

Both the single factor screening and orthogonal test are applied to screen the preparation matrix of Gout Li Xiao compounds .With vitro release rate as main index ,the optimal formulation of the compound preparation matrix are chosen ,and the results show that the optimal prescription ratio is as follow s :the mass ratio of 1∶10 ,chitosan 5% ,ethanol percentage 25% .Based on the optimal prescription ,the preparation release characteristics meet the requirements .
