通过对TC4钛合金显微组织的金相图片的研究,提出一种对金相定量分析的数字图像处理方法。以ImageJ软件为工具,采用数字图像处理中的图像增强、阈值化、图像分割等数字化处理方法,计算出钛合金组织在不同热处理状态下α相所占比例,以及金相分析中其他的特征参数。研究结果表明:该数字图像处理方法可实现对TC4组织金相图片的处理,在TC4棒材锻件中α相占49.38%,长短轴比为1.458。
通過對TC4鈦閤金顯微組織的金相圖片的研究,提齣一種對金相定量分析的數字圖像處理方法。以ImageJ軟件為工具,採用數字圖像處理中的圖像增彊、閾值化、圖像分割等數字化處理方法,計算齣鈦閤金組織在不同熱處理狀態下α相所佔比例,以及金相分析中其他的特徵參數。研究結果錶明:該數字圖像處理方法可實現對TC4組織金相圖片的處理,在TC4棒材鍛件中α相佔49.38%,長短軸比為1.458。

To investigation the microstructure of TC4 titanium alloy, this paper presents an approach of digital image processing that can realize the quantitative analysis of the microstructure of TC4 titanium alloy. By the software ImageJ, the digital image processing techniques such as image enhancement, thresholding as well as image segmentation were employed to calculate the proportion of the α-phase and other characteristic parameters in the microstructure images of various heat treatment of Titanium alloy. The results show it is a feasible method to obtain the microstructural characterization of TC4 rod forging in which the percentage of α-phase is 49. 38% and ratio of long axis and short axis is 1. 458.
