采用聚合氯化铝(PAC)及其与PAN-DCD复配混凝剂将某染袜厂染料废水中的溶质胶体或悬浮物颗粒混凝沉淀,并考察了水样的 pH、混凝剂的质量浓度、混凝沉降时间对混凝剂性能的影响,以水样的色度去除率和COD去除率的变化来评价混凝剂的性能。实验结果表明:复配混凝剂的处理效果明显优于单一混凝剂;复配混凝剂处理该染料废水的最佳操作条件为:混凝剂最佳质量浓度为10 mg/L、混凝沉降时间为25 min、pH 为7。在最佳操作条件下,色度去除率为97.7%,COD去除率为67.2%。
採用聚閤氯化鋁(PAC)及其與PAN-DCD複配混凝劑將某染襪廠染料廢水中的溶質膠體或懸浮物顆粒混凝沉澱,併攷察瞭水樣的 pH、混凝劑的質量濃度、混凝沉降時間對混凝劑性能的影響,以水樣的色度去除率和COD去除率的變化來評價混凝劑的性能。實驗結果錶明:複配混凝劑的處理效果明顯優于單一混凝劑;複配混凝劑處理該染料廢水的最佳操作條件為:混凝劑最佳質量濃度為10 mg/L、混凝沉降時間為25 min、pH 為7。在最佳操作條件下,色度去除率為97.7%,COD去除率為67.2%。

Polyaluminium chloride (PAC)and PAN-DCD compound with coagulant was used to coagulate solute colloid or suspended particles in dye wastewater from a coloured socks factory.The influence of pH,coagulant dosing quantity, coagulation settling time on the coagulant performance are investigated and the coagulant performance was evaluated by the removal rate of COD and chroma.The results indicate that:compound coagulant in the treatment effect is better than single coagulant;the best operating conditions for compound coagulant to treat the dye wastewater was:compound coagulant dosage 10 mg/L,coagulation settling time 25 minutes,pH=7.In this case,the removal rate of chroma was 97.7%,removal rate of COD was 6 7 .2%.
