层流冷却是带钢热轧计算机过程控制的一项重要功能,而数学模型是其核心。以鞍钢集团鞍凌钢铁有限公司1700带钢热轧生产线为背景,针对不同的层流冷却控制模式和模型功能,论述了模型中预设定与动态控制设定计算及通过温度精调系数和温度精调修正因子完成卷取温度自适应的实现方法。给出了现场实测的一组不同钢种、不同规格的卷取温度曲线。应用结果表明,模型具有较高的控制精度。

Laminar cooling is an important feature of computer process control for hot strip rolling, and the mathematical model is its core. For 1 700 mm hot strip mills production line in Ansteel Anling Iron & Steel Co.,Ltd.,in view of the different laminar cooling control mode and the model function, this paper discusses the realization methods of setting and dynamic control setting calculation and coiling temperature self-adaption by fine temperature adjustment coefficient and correction factor. A set of coiling temperature curves measured in field for different steel grades and specifications are giv-en. Application results show that the model has higher control precision.
