冷轧板形反馈控制系统中,对工作辊的乳化液分段冷却控制至关重要。为此,考虑板形在空间和时间上的变化,采用绝对板形偏差、在时间上波动的板形偏差和在空间上波动的板形偏差三部分偏差,设计了乳化液分段冷却模糊控制算法,计算出板形缺陷严重程度的隶属度值,并依此来确定乳化液分段冷却喷嘴的开闭状态。该方法能够更好地减小高次板形缺陷和残余板形误差。
冷軋闆形反饋控製繫統中,對工作輥的乳化液分段冷卻控製至關重要。為此,攷慮闆形在空間和時間上的變化,採用絕對闆形偏差、在時間上波動的闆形偏差和在空間上波動的闆形偏差三部分偏差,設計瞭乳化液分段冷卻模糊控製算法,計算齣闆形缺陷嚴重程度的隸屬度值,併依此來確定乳化液分段冷卻噴嘴的開閉狀態。該方法能夠更好地減小高次闆形缺陷和殘餘闆形誤差。

The control of emulsion subsection cooling for the work roll in the closed-loop feedback control system of cold-rolled strip flatness is crucial. A fuzzy control algorithm is designed based on the values of the absolute flatness deviation and the spatial and temporal variations of the flatness de-viation. It can use them to calculate the membership grade values which can describe the shape defect degree,and thus to determine the switch states of the emulsion subsection cooling nozzles. The control of emulsion subsection cooling for the work roll using the fuzzy control algorithm can better decrease the higher and residual flatness defects.
