目的 探讨结直肠癌组织中高尔基磷酸化蛋白3(Golph3)表达与Wnt信号通路的关系.方法 采用免疫组织化学链霉菌抗生物素蛋白-过氧化物酶(SP)法检测62例结直肠癌组织中Golph3、β-连环蛋白(β-catenin)和细胞周期素(Cyclin) D1的表达.结果 Golph3、β-catenin异位表达和Cyclin D1在结直肠癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为53.2%(33/62)、69.4%(43/62)和67.7%(42/62),Golph3高表达的结直肠癌组织中β-catenin异位表达率及Cyclin D1的表达率明显高于Golph3低表达的结直肠癌组织(P<0.05).结论 结直肠癌组织中Golph3的高表达与Wnt信号通路激活密切相关.

Objective To investigate the correlation between the golgi phosphoprotein 3 (Golph3) expression and the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway in colorectal canecr (CRC) tissue.Methods Immunohistochemical staining of Golph3,β-catenin and Cyclin D1 was performed by the standard streptavidinperoxidase (SP) technique for the paraffin sections of 62 CRC samples.Results In the CRC tissue,the positive expression rate of Golph3,the abnormal expression rate of β-catenin and Cyclin D1 expression rate was 53.2%,69.4% and 67.7% respectively.the abnormal expression rate of β-catenin and the Cyclin D1 expression rate in Golph3-positive CRC tissue were significantly higher than in Golph3-negative CRC tissue (P < 0.05).Conclusion The over-expression of Golph3 in the CRC tissue was significantly correlated with the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway.
