可调热泵在造纸干燥部的节能效果显著,喷射系数是可调热泵重要的性能指标。为进一步提高热泵的喷射系数,更大程度的挖掘节能潜能,不能仅限于根据经验对热泵系统进行设计。可调热泵的喷射系数受工况中各个因素的影响较大。本文在分析热泵的工作原理的基础上,分别对可调热泵在工况改变时喷射效系数的变化做了研究,利用仿真得到的结果对热泵系统设计给出合理化建议。

The energy-saving effect of adjustable heat compressor in the drying section is re-markable .Jet coefficient is the important performance of adjustable heat compressor .To fur-ther improve the jet coefficient and tap the energy potential by best efforts ,adjustable heat compressor research can′t be limited to the design method based on experience .Adjustable heat compressor′s jet coefficient is greatly affected by the working conditions of the various factors .Based on the analysis of adjustable heat compressor′s working principle ,this paper do the research of adjustable heat compressor′s jet coefficient variation w hen changing the status of the working conditions and use the results obtained by simulation to give the rationaliza-tion proposals of the heat compressor system design .
