通过最大增溶水量法、电导率法选择合适微乳液体系组分及最佳配比,制备出以仲烷基磺酸钠(SAS60)和壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚(TX-4)为表面活性剂(S)、正丁醇(As)为助表面活性剂、石油醚(O )为油相的反相(W/O )型微乳液.考察了高速离心、盐度、温度对其稳定性的影响.结果表明:当正丁醇、仲烷基磺酸钠、TX-4、石油醚的质量比为2.5∶2∶3∶7.5时,可得到稳定的W/O型单相微乳液;该微乳体系具有良好的机械稳定性.盐度在0.6%~0.8%时对该体系几乎无影响,但随着温度的升高稳定性变差.
通過最大增溶水量法、電導率法選擇閤適微乳液體繫組分及最佳配比,製備齣以仲烷基磺痠鈉(SAS60)和壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚(TX-4)為錶麵活性劑(S)、正丁醇(As)為助錶麵活性劑、石油醚(O )為油相的反相(W/O )型微乳液.攷察瞭高速離心、鹽度、溫度對其穩定性的影響.結果錶明:噹正丁醇、仲烷基磺痠鈉、TX-4、石油醚的質量比為2.5∶2∶3∶7.5時,可得到穩定的W/O型單相微乳液;該微乳體繫具有良好的機械穩定性.鹽度在0.6%~0.8%時對該體繫幾乎無影響,但隨著溫度的升高穩定性變差.

In this paper an W/O microemulsion that consists of non-ionic surfactant TX-4 , Anionic surfactant SAS60 ,n-butyl alcohol as co surfactant ,petroleum ether as oil phase with increasing water and conductivity was developed .The influences of temperature ,salinity as well as high-speed centrifugation method on the stability of microemulsion systems .The re-sults showed that the stable micro-emulsion (W/O) could be formed ,when the ratio of n-butyl alcohol ,SAS60 ,TX-4 ,petroleum ether was 2 .5∶2∶3∶7 .5 .The micro-emulsion sys-tem had good mechanical stability without phase separation .Salinity has hardly influences on the micro-emulsion regions ,but the micro-emulsion region decreases slightly with tempera-ture .
