以钛酸丁酯、硝酸铜为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了掺铜纳米 TiO2材料,通过XRD对样品结构进行表征.用卤钨灯作为光源、甲基橙溶液作为光催化反应污染物,考察了Cu掺杂量和焙烧温度对样品光催化性能的影响,并进一步研究了甲基橙溶液pH值、催化剂用量、反应时间等影响光催化降解效果的重要因素.结果表明,TiO2样品中Cu的掺杂量为5%,焙烧温度为500℃,甲基橙溶液pH值为5,催化剂用量为1.0g/L ,光催化反应2.5h时,甲基橙的降解率达到63%.
以鈦痠丁酯、硝痠銅為原料,採用溶膠-凝膠法製備瞭摻銅納米 TiO2材料,通過XRD對樣品結構進行錶徵.用滷鎢燈作為光源、甲基橙溶液作為光催化反應汙染物,攷察瞭Cu摻雜量和焙燒溫度對樣品光催化性能的影響,併進一步研究瞭甲基橙溶液pH值、催化劑用量、反應時間等影響光催化降解效果的重要因素.結果錶明,TiO2樣品中Cu的摻雜量為5%,焙燒溫度為500℃,甲基橙溶液pH值為5,催化劑用量為1.0g/L ,光催化反應2.5h時,甲基橙的降解率達到63%.

Cu-doped nanometer TiO2 materials were prepared with tetrabutyl titanate and cu-pric nitrate as raw materials by sol-gel method .The structures of the Cu-doped nanometer TiO2 materials were characterized by XRD .Using halogen tungsten lamp as illumination de-vice ,and methyl orange (MO) solution as stimulant pollutant ,the doping amount of Cu and calcination temperature were investigated on photocatalytic properties of the photocatalyst . And the several important factors affecting photocatalytic degradation ,including pH value of MO solution ,catalyst dosage and reaction time ,were studied further .The results show that the decolorization rate of MO can reach 63% in 2. 5h ,when the content of Cu is 5% ,calcina-tion temperature is 500 ℃ ,the amount of catalyst is 1. 0g/L and pH value of MO solution is 5.
