采用S t?ber法,以间苯二酚和福尔马林为原料,制备了单分散,粒径可控的碳球。讨论了醇/水比、不同种类的醇、水浴温度、反应物和氨水添加量等对碳球粒径和形貌的影响,并通过SEM 、FT-IR、XRD和DLS对最终产物的粒径、形貌和组成进行了表征。结果表明:随着醇/水比、醇的烷链、反应物和氨水的添加量增加时,碳球的粒径变大,且粒径分布在370~1050 n m之间;最佳水浴温度为30℃;碳球具有强的吸附作用,以碳球为牺牲模板,制备出了粒径分布均匀的空心ZnO/ZnFe2 O4纳米球。

채용S t?ber법,이간분이분화복이마림위원료,제비료단분산,립경가공적탄구。토론료순/수비、불동충류적순、수욕온도、반응물화안수첨가량등대탄구립경화형모적영향,병통과SEM 、FT-IR、XRD화DLS대최종산물적립경、형모화조성진행료표정。결과표명:수착순/수비、순적완련、반응물화안수적첨가량증가시,탄구적립경변대,차립경분포재370~1050 n m지간;최가수욕온도위30℃;탄구구유강적흡부작용,이탄구위희생모판,제비출료립경분포균균적공심ZnO/ZnFe2 O4납미구。
Carbon spheres were synthesized by St?ber method in mixed resorcinol and formal-dehyde ,with monodisperse and controllable particle size .The effects of the alcohol/water ra-tio ,the alkyl chain of alcohol ,the initial reaction temperature ,the reactants dosage and the ammonia dosage ,on the particle size and the morphology of phenolic formaldehyde micro-spheres were discussed .Carbon spheres were observed by SEM ,FT-IR ,XRD and DLS .It is found that the size of monodisperse phenolic formaldehyde microspheres tends to increase with the augment of the alcohol/water ratio ,the alkyl chain of alcohol ,the reactants dosage and the ammonia dosage ,and the particle size of the phenolic formaldehyde microspheres can be tuned from 370 to 1 050 nm ;optimum initial reaction temperature is 30 ℃ ;carbon spheres with strong adsorption ,serving as sacrificial template ,were prepared hollow ZnO/ZnFe2 O4 nanospheres .
