通过对CASS工艺城市污水处理厂的全面调查，结合清洁生产评价指标体系的编制规定，运用层次分析法建立了CASS工艺城市污水处理厂递阶层次结构的清洁生产评价指标体系，建立A HP-Fuzzy综合评价模型，并确定了评价指标体系中各评价指标的权重值。应用建立的评价指标体系，对陕西省某CASS工艺污水处理厂进行了实例评价，结果表明该评价指标体系能较好地反映城市污水处理厂的清洁生产水平。
通過對CASS工藝城市汙水處理廠的全麵調查，結閤清潔生產評價指標體繫的編製規定，運用層次分析法建立瞭CASS工藝城市汙水處理廠遞階層次結構的清潔生產評價指標體繫，建立A HP-Fuzzy綜閤評價模型，併確定瞭評價指標體繫中各評價指標的權重值。應用建立的評價指標體繫，對陝西省某CASS工藝汙水處理廠進行瞭實例評價，結果錶明該評價指標體繫能較好地反映城市汙水處理廠的清潔生產水平。
통과대CASS공예성시오수처리엄적전면조사，결합청길생산평개지표체계적편제규정，운용층차분석법건립료CASS공예성시오수처리엄체계층차결구적청길생산평개지표체계，건립A HP-Fuzzy종합평개모형，병학정료평개지표체계중각평개지표적권중치。응용건립적평개지표체계，대합서성모CASS공예오수처리엄진행료실례평개，결과표명해평개지표체계능교호지반영성시오수처리엄적청길생산수평。
According to the comprehensive survey of urban wastewater treatment plant of CASS process and combining with the regulation of cleaner production evaluation index sys-tem ,the hierarchical structure assessment index system was constructed using the analytic hierarchy process .AHP-Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model was established ,and the weight value of all the assessment indexes in the assessment index system were determined . A urban wastewater treatment plant of CASS process was evaluated as an example by using the established assessment index system .The result shows that the assessment index system can well reflect the cleaner production level of urban wastewater treatment plant .
