采用正交试验法优化了硅烷偶联剂KH550改性钠基蒙脱土(Na-MMT)的工艺,并考察了不同种类硅烷偶联剂对改性蒙脱土的影响.采用X-射线衍射(XRD)、红外光谱(FT-IR)、热重分析(TGA)及扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对改性Na-MMT进行了表征.XRD、FT-IR与SEM结果表明:硅烷偶联剂KH550、硅烷偶联剂KH570及硅烷偶联剂KH108可以进入到Na-MMT的层间,有效改性Na-MMT;TGA结果表明:改性蒙脱土热损失均大于Na-MMT.三种硅烷偶联剂与Na-MMT结合量的大小顺序为,硅烷偶联剂KH108>硅烷偶联剂KH570>硅烷偶联剂KH550.

With orthogonal test method ,the silane coupling agent KH550 modifing sodium montmorillonite(Na-MMT) preparation process was optimized .The modified Na-MMT were prepared by different kinds of silane coupling agent with optimized preparation process .The modified Na-MMT was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) ,fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) ,thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA ) and scanning electron micro-scope (SEM ) .XRD ,FT-IR and SEM showed that silane coupling agent KH550 ,silane cou-pling agent KH570 and silane coupling agent KH108 could enter into the Na-MMT interlayer and effectively modify .Na-MMT .TGA test results showed that heat losses of modified Na-MMT was larger than Na-MMT .The order of the amount of the three silane coupling agent combining Na-MMT was the silane coupling agent KH108 > the silane coupling agent KH570> the silane coupling agent KH550 .
