以酪素为基材,引入甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸等单体,采用种子乳液聚合和碱溶胀法制备了具有特殊中空结构的高遮盖型酪素基聚合物乳液。考察了壳层中MAA用量对酪素基中空聚合物结构的影响,并通过红外光谱(FT-IR)、透射电镜(TEM )、动态激光光散射(DLS)和双光束紫外可见光光度仪(UV-Vis)等,对其化学结构、微观形貌及成膜性能进行了测试表征。结果表明:壳层添加10%的MAA ,有利于酪素基中空微球聚合物的形成。中空结构的形成赋予了涂膜高遮盖性和一定的抗紫外性。

Casein-based hollow polymeric spheres were prepared by seeded emulsion polymeri-zation with MMA/BA/MAA as monomers ,followed by alkalization treatment with sodium hydroxide .Effects of M AA amount in the shell on the morphology of casein-based hollow spheres were investigated .Chemical structure ,microstructure ,film performance of the as-prepared casein-based hollow polymeric spheres were characterized by fourier-transform in-frared spectroscopy (FT-IR) ,transmission electron microscope(TEM ) ,dynamic light scat-tering (DLS) and double-beam ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer (UV-Vis) .The results showed that 10% MAA in the shell is helpful to the formation of hollow structure which is beneficial for the improvement of covering power and anti-ultraviolet ability .
