短路故障输电线路中衰减的非周期分量和高频分量会影响故障测距的精度,针对这种情况,提出了使用改进Prony算法,从故障后的电压与电流信号中提取其工频分量,并将其应用到单端故障测距中,从而提高了测距的精度。通过建立PSCAD仿真模型,将计算结果与傅里叶算法所得结果进行比较,证明了改进Prony算法可以有效提高测距的精度。

Aiming at the situation that in the fault power transmission lines the decaying aperiodic component and high-frequency component will cause inaccuracy in fault localization, this paper proposed the improved Prony algorithm that extracted the power fre-quency component from signals of fault voltages and fault currents, which was applied in the single-ended fault location to improve the accuracy of fault location. By establishment of the PSCAD simulation model the ultimate calculation result was compared with that of Fourier algorithm, which proves the improved algorithm can effectively improve the accuracy of fault location.
