本试验就草酸青霉菌(Penicillium oxalicum)的固态发酵提取产物---果胶酶粗酶液诱导烟草对烟草花叶病毒(TMV)的抗性进行了研究。以不同浓度果胶酶粗酶液喷雾处理2个烟草品种,超过100 U/mL的各浓度处理,病斑抑制率均达到50%以上。通过果胶酶诱导烟草抗病的时效性、加强诱导的效果、系统诱导抗病性、处理方法不同对烟草抗TMV效果以及果胶酶液对TMV病毒毒性的研究,结果表明:诱导处理2、4 d后接种TMV病毒,果胶酶的诱导抗病效果最明显,病斑抑制率在50%左右;二次加强诱导处理可以提高烟草抗TMV的效果;果胶酶可诱导烟草产生对 TMV 的系统获得抗性;叶面喷雾果胶酶处理方法,对烟草抗TMV的效果最显著;果胶酶液中不含有影响TMV致病力的因子。由此表明,果胶酶对TMV的防治是通过激发烟草植株体内一系列抗病防御反应而增强自身抗病能力的。

The resistance of tobacco seedlings to TMV was induced by crude pectinases extract (PE ) from solid-state fermentation of Penicilllum oxalicum.Tobacco seedlings of 2 cultivars inoculated with TMV exhibited 50% of inhibition rate after spraying 100 U/mL of PE.The timeliness of PE inducing tobacco resist-ance,the effect of twice spraying treatment,the systemic induced resistance,the influences of different treat-ment methods on induced resistance to TMV,and PE toxicity to TMV were studied.The results indicated that the induced resistances were the highest when inoculated TMV after spraying PE for 2 and 4 days,and the in-hibition rates were about 50%.Twice strengthen spraying treatment could increase the resistance.PE could induce the tobacco systemic resistance to TMV disease but had no toxicity to TMV.Foliar spaying pectinase had the best effects.These results indicated that the control of PE to TMV disease was realized by inducing a series of reactions in tobacco plants to increase their resistances to TMV disease.
