利用固体、液体培养法测定溶磷真菌PFK-1的解磷能力;通过盆栽试验,研究其对油菜的促生作用及对土壤磷素变化的影响。试验结果表明,以Ca3(PO4)2为唯一磷源的液体培养基,接种参试菌株PFK-1,在28℃、120 r/min条件下培养144 h溶磷量高达768.1 mg/L;液体培养基中pH值随溶磷量的增加而下降,在144 h时液体培养基pH值降至1.87,以后仍继续保持在低pH值水平;盆栽试验表明,与单施硝基肥的处理相比,1%、2%微生物与硝基肥复配的处理,油菜鲜重和干重增长率分别为7.19%、22.15%和33.11%、40.88%;土壤有效磷分别增加了30.27%、52.36%。

The phosphate-dissolving ability of phosphate-solubilizing fungi PFK-1 was determined by solid and liquid culture methods.Its growth-promoting effect on rape and impacts on changes of soil phos-phorus were studied by pot experiment.The strain PFK-1 was inoculated in liquid medium with Ca3 (PO4 )2 as the only P source and the phosphorus-dissolving capacity reached 768 mg/L after cultured under condi-tions of 28℃and 120 r/min for 144 hours.The pH in liquid medium decreased with the increase of phosphor-us-dissolving capacity,and reached 1 .87 after cultured for 144 hours and continued to maintain a low level. Pot experiment showed that 1%and 2%PFK-1 compounded with nitro fertilizer could increase the rape fresh weight by 7.19%,22.15% and dry weight by 33.1 1%,40.88% respectively,and the soil available phos-phorus increased by 30.27% and 52.36%.
