针对粮库集中进出粮作业时，运输车辆经常在库区主要作业位置出现的拥堵问题，介绍了通过在地磅和汽车发放站安装信号指示灯来疏导车辆的改造方案，此改造方案的实施提高了作业效率，降低了人员劳动强度，缓解了车辆拥堵的问题，取得了良好的应用效果。

This paper introduces a transformation plan that installs the signal light on the weighbridge and automobile distribution station to resolve the questions that transport vehicles often appears congestion at the main operating location in reservoir area during grain charging and discharging operation centralized. The implementation of this reform program improves work efficiency, reduces labor intensity and eases the problem of traffic jams. Good results have been achieved.
