目的:探讨人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)与EBV与宫颈癌的相关性。方法:分别取宫颈炎(32)和宫颈鳞癌患者组织标本(52)共84例,采用PCR方法对EBV和HPV DNA进行检测。结果:宫颈癌组HPV DNA、和EBV的阳性表达率分别为96.15%和69.23%,显著高于正常宫颈炎组3.13%和0,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);宫颈癌组HPV DNA和EBV混合感染率为67.31%,显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。宫颈癌组患者分化程度:低分化组患者HPV+EBV阳性表达率高于高中分化组(P<0.05);临床分期:Ⅲ+Ⅳ期患者HPV+EBV阳性表达率高于Ⅰ+Ⅱ期患者(P<0.05);临床分型:浸润型患者HPV+EBV阳性表达率高于其他三型患者(P<0.05);淋巴转移:淋巴转移组患者HPV+EBV阳性表达率高于无淋巴转移组(P<0.05)。且HPV(+)+EBV(+)患者的存活率明显低于HPV(+)组患者和EBV(+)组患者(P<0.05)。结论:在宫颈癌组织中EBV及HPV有较高的感染率,且HPV+EBV+感染与宫颈癌分化程度、临床分期、分型、淋巴转移及预后密切相关。

목적:탐토인유두류병독(HPV)여EBV여궁경암적상관성。방법:분별취궁경염(32)화궁경린암환자조직표본(52)공84례,채용PCR방법대EBV화HPV DNA진행검측。결과:궁경암조HPV DNA、화EBV적양성표체솔분별위96.15%화69.23%,현저고우정상궁경염조3.13%화0,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05);궁경암조HPV DNA화EBV혼합감염솔위67.31%,현저고우대조조,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。궁경암조환자분화정도:저분화조환자HPV+EBV양성표체솔고우고중분화조(P<0.05);림상분기:Ⅲ+Ⅳ기환자HPV+EBV양성표체솔고우Ⅰ+Ⅱ기환자(P<0.05);림상분형:침윤형환자HPV+EBV양성표체솔고우기타삼형환자(P<0.05);림파전이:림파전이조환자HPV+EBV양성표체솔고우무림파전이조(P<0.05)。차HPV(+)+EBV(+)환자적존활솔명현저우HPV(+)조환자화EBV(+)조환자(P<0.05)。결론:재궁경암조직중EBV급HPV유교고적감염솔,차HPV+EBV+감염여궁경암분화정도、림상분기、분형、림파전이급예후밀절상관。
Objective: To explore the correlation between the human papillomavirus (HPV) associated with EBV and cervical cancer.Methods:Taken the cervicitis (32) and cervical squamous cell carcinoma tissue specimens (52) of 84 cases, PCR method was used to detect the EBV and HPV DNA.Results: HPV DNA, and the EBV -positive expression rates of Cervical cancer group were 96.15% and 69.23% , significantly higher than 3.13% and 0 of cervicitis group , the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); HPV DNA and EBV mixed infection rate of cervical cancer was 67.31% , significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Differentiation of cervical cancer patients : Patients with low differentiation degree show higher positive expression rate of HPV+EBV than that of high and middle differentiation groups (P < 0.05); clinical stage: patients with stage III + IV had higher positive expression rate of HPV+EBV than that of patients with stage Ⅰ + Ⅱ (P < 0.05); infiltrative expression in patients with HPV + EBV -positive patients was higher than the patients of other three types (P <0.05); Lymph node metastasis : patients with lymph node metastasis show higher HPV + EBV positive rate than those without lymph node metastasis (P <0.05). And the survival rate of patients with HPV (+) + EBV (+) was significantly lower than the patients with HPV (+) patients and EBV (+) patients (P <0.05).Conclusions:EBV and HPV in patients of cervical cancer have higher infection rate, and HPV+EBV+ infection is closely related to differentiation degree, clinical stage, lymph node metastasis, typing and prognosis of cervical cancer.
