目的:探讨胱抑素C、白细胞介素6检测在糖尿病肾病早期诊断和治疗中的临床意义。方法:选取临床确诊的2型糖尿病患者70例,分为糖尿病无肾病组(DM组)和糖尿病肾病组(DN组),30例健康对照组,分别测定其血清中的白细胞介素6(IL-6)、胱抑素C(CysC)含量和糖化血红蛋白水平。结果:DN组血清CysC显著高于DM组与对照组(P<0.05),DM组与对照组之间血清cysc相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),DN组血清IL-6显著高于DM组与对照组(P<0.05),DM组血清IL-6显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。糖尿病患者血清IL-6含量与糖化血红蛋白水平呈显著正相关。结论:血清CysC、IL-6的含量与DN 的发生、发展密切相关,联合检测可提高DN诊断的灵敏度。

목적:탐토광억소C、백세포개소6검측재당뇨병신병조기진단화치료중적림상의의。방법:선취림상학진적2형당뇨병환자70례,분위당뇨병무신병조(DM조)화당뇨병신병조(DN조),30례건강대조조,분별측정기혈청중적백세포개소6(IL-6)、광억소C(CysC)함량화당화혈홍단백수평。결과:DN조혈청CysC현저고우DM조여대조조(P<0.05),DM조여대조조지간혈청cysc상비차이무통계학의의(P>0.05),DN조혈청IL-6현저고우DM조여대조조(P<0.05),DM조혈청IL-6현저고우대조조(P<0.05)。당뇨병환자혈청IL-6함량여당화혈홍단백수평정현저정상관。결론:혈청CysC、IL-6적함량여DN 적발생、발전밀절상관,연합검측가제고DN진단적령민도。
Objective:Discussion cystatin C, interleukin-6 in diabetic nephropathy clinical significance of early diagnosis and treatment.Methods:Select the type 2 diabetic patients clinically diagnosed 70 cases were divided into diabetic patients without nephropathy (DM group) and diabetic nephropathy (DN group), and 30 healthy control group.Plasma IL-6,Cystatin C (CysC) levels and glycosylated hemoglobin levels of all groups were examined.Results:DN significantly higher serum CysC NM group and the control group (P <0.05), serum CysC between the NM group compared with the control group showed no significant difference (P> 0.05). DN serum IL-6 were significantly higher than NM group and the control group (P <0.05), NM serum IL-6 were significantly higher than control group(P <0.05).Serum IL-6 levels and glycosylated hemoglobin levels in patients with diabetes showed a significant positive correlation.Conclusions:Serum CysC, and IL-6 levels are closely related with the genesis and development of DN.Combined detection can obviously improve the sensitivity in the diagnosis of DN.
