提出了一种新型的半圆环回音壁模太赫兹传感器,用于对物质的电磁参数检测。其基本原理是在激励源频率给定的情况下,当被测物质的电磁参数发生变化时,对应的谐振频率也将偏移;谐振频率偏移越大,其敏感性越强。而通过在介质微环壁加载超电磁材料倏势波得到放大的特性可以提高对检测物质的敏感性。与现有文献的相关研究结果相比,该感传器的单位介电常数平均谐振频率偏移值提高约20倍。该装置激励更方便,结构更简单,易于集成,对于输入信号也易于控制,对于提高太赫兹传感器的敏感性,进而改进传感器的性能具有重要的意义。

A new kind of terahertz sensor based on semi-ring WGM was presented in this paper, which is used to detect the electromagnetic parameters for some materials. The fundamental principle is that the corresponding resonant frequencies will be shifting as the electromagnetic parameters of measured materials are changed for the certain frequency of the input signal. At the same time, as the resonant frequencies offset more greatly, the sensitivity of sensor is stronger. When a layer of metamaterials is coated on the wall of the microring, the evanescent wave is amplified. Thus, the sensitivity is improved. Its average values of resonant frequency deviations per unit dielectric constant can be enhanced to more than twentyfold than traditional one. Moreover, it is more convenient to manufacture, integrate and easier to control the input signal by using a linear source compared with other methods reported. It has an important significance for improving the sensitivity of terahertz sensors and then ameliorating the performance of the sensor.
