Pinus yunnanensis%Pinus armandii%Keteleeria evelyniana%conifer needles%nutritive compositions
通过测定松科3个树种云南松、华山松和云南油杉针叶的氨基酸、粗蛋白、粗脂肪和总糖含量,进行相关数据分析。结果表明,3种针叶内均含有17种氨基酸;其氨基酸平均含量最高的是谷氨酸、天冬氨酸、精氨酸和苏氨酸,最低的是组氨酸、蛋氨酸和半胱氨酸;3种针叶各种氨基酸含量大小依次为云南松>华山松>云南油杉;3种针叶粗蛋白含量分别为11.37%、13.72%和7.28%;粗脂肪含量分别为6.18%、10.82%和2.76%,总糖含量分别为4.85%、6.54%和7.35%。在与其他针叶树种针叶比较的基础上,探讨了云南松和华山松作为医药原料和畜禽饲料的开发应用前景。

통과측정송과3개수충운남송、화산송화운남유삼침협적안기산、조단백、조지방화총당함량,진행상관수거분석。결과표명,3충침협내균함유17충안기산;기안기산평균함량최고적시곡안산、천동안산、정안산화소안산,최저적시조안산、단안산화반광안산;3충침협각충안기산함량대소의차위운남송>화산송>운남유삼;3충침협조단백함량분별위11.37%、13.72%화7.28%;조지방함량분별위6.18%、10.82%화2.76%,총당함량분별위4.85%、6.54%화7.35%。재여기타침협수충침협비교적기출상,탐토료운남송화화산송작위의약원료화축금사료적개발응용전경。
The content of amino acids , crude proteins, crude fats and total sugars in leaves of Pinus yunnanensis, Pinus armandii, Keteleeria evelyniana were analyzed .The results show that all 3 conifer needles contain 17 amino acids.The highest amino acids content in these 3 conifer needles were glutamic acid , aspartic acid, arginine, threonine and the lowest content were histidine , methionine, cysteine.The order of amino acids content in 3 coni-fer needles was Pinus yunnanensis>Pinus armandii>Keteleeria evelyniana.The contents of crude proteins in Pinus yunnanensis, Pinus armandii and Keteleeria evelyniana’ s leaf were 11.37 %, 13.72 % and 7.28 %, the con-tents of crude fats were 6.18%, 10.82% and 2.76%, the contents of total sugars were 4.85%, 6.54% and 7.35 % respectively.Compared with other conifers needles , future prospects were discussed for the needles as raw materials for medicine and feedstuff .
