目的:建立测定己酮可可碱肠溶片中己酮可可碱含量的方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定己酮可可碱含量。色谱柱:COSMILC18柱(4.6 mm×250.0 mm,5.0μm);检测波长:272 nm;流动相:甲醇-0.544%磷酸二氢钾溶液(48∶52);柱温:30℃;流速:1.0 mL/min;进样量:20μL。结果己酮可可碱质量浓度为60.25~140.59μg/mL时峰面积与浓度呈良好的线性关系(R2=1.000)。3批样品的平均含量分别为99.91%、99.95%、99.89%。结论高效液相色谱方法专属性强、方便、快捷,适用于测定己酮可可碱肠溶片中己酮可可碱的含量。

목적:건립측정기동가가감장용편중기동가가감함량적방법。방법채용고효액상색보법측정기동가가감함량。색보주:COSMILC18주(4.6 mm×250.0 mm,5.0μm);검측파장:272 nm;류동상:갑순-0.544%린산이경갑용액(48∶52);주온:30℃;류속:1.0 mL/min;진양량:20μL。결과기동가가감질량농도위60.25~140.59μg/mL시봉면적여농도정량호적선성관계(R2=1.000)。3비양품적평균함량분별위99.91%、99.95%、99.89%。결론고효액상색보방법전속성강、방편、쾌첩,괄용우측정기동가가감장용편중기동가가감적함량。
Objective To establish a method for the content determination of pentoxifylline in pentoxifylline enteric-coated tablets. Methods High-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used to determine the content of pentoxifylline. The chromatographic column was COSMILC18(4.6 mm×250.0 mm,5.0μm);the detection wavelength was 272 nm;the mobile phase was methanol-0.544%monopotassium phosphate(48∶52);the column temperature was 30℃;the flow velocity was 1.0 mL/min, and the injection volumn was 20μL. Results When the concentrations of pentoxifylline was in the range of 60.25-140.59μg/mL, the peak area had good linear relationship with concentration(R2=1.000). The average contents of pentoxifylline in three batches of samples were 99.91%,99.95%,99.89%respectively. Conclusion The HPLC is specific,convenient and fast,it is suitable for content determination of drugs in pentoxifylline enteric-coated tablets.
