目的:探讨亚低温疗法对脑外伤患者的脑保护作用,分析其对细胞炎症因子的影响。方法将我院收治的112例重型颅脑损伤患者按照随机对照方法分为对照组和亚低温组,对照组给予常规治疗,亚低温组在对照组的基础上给予亚低温疗法。比较2组治疗效果。结果亚低温组血清IL-6、TNF-α浓度较对照组明显降低,总有效率显著高于对照组(91.07%vs76.79%),治疗后24、48、72h颅内压较对照组明显降低,神经功能预后恢复良好率显著高于对照组(75.00%vs57.14%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论亚低温疗法可显著降低脑外伤患者细胞炎症因子水平,改善患者神经功能。

Objective To explore the protective effect of hypothermia treatment on patients with cerebral trauma ,and ana-lyze its influence on inflammatory cytokines.Methods One hundred and twelve patients with cerebral trauma were divided into control group and hypothermia group.The patients of control group were given conventional therapy ,and patients of hypother-mia group were given hypotherima treatment.The effects of two groups were analyzed.Results Compared with those of control group ,the levels of IL-6 and TNF-αof hypothermia group were significantly decreased (P<0.05).The total effective rate of the hypothermia group was significantly higher than that of the control group (91.07% vs 76.79% ,P<0.05).The intracranial pressure of hypothermia group were significantly decreased in 24 ,48 and 72 h than that of the control group (P<0.05).The functional score of language and movement of the hypothermia group was significantly higher than that of the control group (75.00% vs 57.14% ,P<0.05).Conclusion The hypothermia treatment can reduce the level of inflammatory cytokines ,the intracranial pressure and temperature ,and improve prognosis of patients with cerebral trauma.
