This paper briefly discusses about the construction site prefabricated steel structure prefabricated factory installed fea-tures and costs, by comparison of the similarities between the two, the characteristics of the analysis of the construction of the building and the surrounding environment requirements for analysis, summed up the factory precast and prefabricated site characteristics, and cost disadvantages of the situation, hoping to be able to help colleagues.
