建立行之有效的大学生综合素质测评体系,不仅关乎大学生的切身利益,而且关乎素质教育的质量评价问题。文章通过对国内高校综合素质测评实践的回顾,分析了现行的学生综合素质测评体系存在缺陷,运用价值人的相关理论对高校学生综合素质测评体系重构问题进行讨论并提出若干对策。

To establish an effective comprehensive quality evalu-ation system for university students, not only concerns the vital interests of university students, but also involves the quality eval-uation of quality-oriented education. Through a review on the practice of comprehensive quality evaluation in domestic univer-sities, this paper analyzes the defects of the current evaluation system, discusses the reconstruction of the comprehensive quality evaluation system for university students based on the value-per-son theory, and puts forward some countermeasures.
