近年来，随着地方政府投入的不断增加，地方高等院校成功引进了一批国内外高层次人才，在一定程度上提高了地方高等院校的综合实力。然而地方高等院校在高层次人才引进的后续工作方面，仍然存在较多问题，如何更好的优化后续服务工作，提高高层次人才使用效率，是地方高等院校应该重视的关键问题。
近年來，隨著地方政府投入的不斷增加，地方高等院校成功引進瞭一批國內外高層次人纔，在一定程度上提高瞭地方高等院校的綜閤實力。然而地方高等院校在高層次人纔引進的後續工作方麵，仍然存在較多問題，如何更好的優化後續服務工作，提高高層次人纔使用效率，是地方高等院校應該重視的關鍵問題。
근년래，수착지방정부투입적불단증가，지방고등원교성공인진료일비국내외고층차인재，재일정정도상제고료지방고등원교적종합실력。연이지방고등원교재고층차인재인진적후속공작방면，잉연존재교다문제，여하경호적우화후속복무공작，제고고층차인재사용효솔，시지방고등원교응해중시적관건문제。
In recent years, with the continuous increase of local government investment, local universities have successfully in-troduced a number of high-level talents at home and abroad, which has improved the overall strength of local universities to a certain extent. However, there are still many problems in the subsequent work for high-level talent introduction in local uni-versities. How to better optimize the subsequent services and im-prove the efficiency of the use of high-level talents, is the key is-sue which local universities should pay attention to.
