With the improvement of the level of our society and the development of education, people has paid further attention to the ideological education of students in rural junior high schools. In junior high school ideological and moral course, the degree of curriculum resource development will bring a significant impact on the teaching quality of the whole lessons, so it is of great sig-nificance. In this paper, certain analysis and discussion on the development of ideological and moral new curriculum resources in rural junior high schools will be made.
