Listening vocabulary plays a pivotal role in the im-provement of the learners' listening ability. From the perspective of the vocabulary network, this paper studied the organization, storage and extraction of vocabulary, and used the spreading ac-tivation model to construct the bilingual semantic network, which are of great significance to the exploration of strategies to promote the transformation of reading vocabulary to listening vocabulary.
