非理性因素多是指人的情感、意志,以及与周围所形成的人际关系,它对人的认识活动会产生一定的影响,在教学中起着重要的作用。本文主要从情感因素的影响、自主创新能力的培养和新型师生关系的构建三方面共同阐述教师在教学中利用非理性因素达到良好教学效果的重要性。

Irrational factors, mostly referring to emotion, will, and the interpersonal relationships formed with the surrounding peo-ple, will have some impact on people's cognitive activities, and they play an important role in teaching. This paper mainly elabo-rated the importance of irrational factors in college English teaching from three aspects including the emotional factors, the cultivation of the students' ability in independent innovation and the creation of the new relationship between teachers and stu-dents.
