There are many problems in teachers' professional de-velopment currently. In view of how to effectively enhance teach-ers themselves, through nearly two years of hands-on experience, the writer believes that professional QQ groups are a new platform for teachers' professional development. The chat function of QQ can be applied to carry out teaching and research activities;QQ groups can be used to implement professional study,and also can be used to help teachers co-construct and share resources.
