The political instructors of private colleges are the main force for the ideological and political education of college stu-dents, ensuring sustained and healthy development of college ed-ucation. For the new characteristics of colleges and students, po-litical instructors must improve their capabilities from the ideo-logical, political, moral, professional and scientific research while colleges should improve their systems in selection, training, eval-uation and promotion, etc. so as to jointly promote the instructors' team building and achieve the cultivating objectives of colleges.
