以一台型号为 ZZDFPZ-340800/500-800的特高压换流变压器为研究对象,分别采用时域分析法和频域分析法对换流变压器在非正弦负载电流作用下绕组的损耗进行计算,得到绕组损耗的详细分布情况,并对这2种方法进行对比分析,得知频域分析法更适用于实际设计。针对 GB/T 18494.2-2007和IEC-61378标准在计算绕组各次谐波损耗时未考虑不同频率下集肤深度不同的缺点,引入一个谐波损耗因子对其进行修正,获得更加准确的结果值。以修正后的结果值作为变压器设计时的损耗评估保证基准值,可以降低换流变压器的制造成本。
以一檯型號為 ZZDFPZ-340800/500-800的特高壓換流變壓器為研究對象,分彆採用時域分析法和頻域分析法對換流變壓器在非正絃負載電流作用下繞組的損耗進行計算,得到繞組損耗的詳細分佈情況,併對這2種方法進行對比分析,得知頻域分析法更適用于實際設計。針對 GB/T 18494.2-2007和IEC-61378標準在計算繞組各次諧波損耗時未攷慮不同頻率下集膚深度不同的缺點,引入一箇諧波損耗因子對其進行脩正,穫得更加準確的結果值。以脩正後的結果值作為變壓器設計時的損耗評估保證基準值,可以降低換流變壓器的製造成本。

A ultra high voltage (UHV) converter transformer was taken as the research object, whose type was ZZDFPZ-340800/500-800. Time-domain analysis and frequency-domain analysis were used to calculate the losses of converter transformer windings subject to non-sinusoidal load current, and obtained the detailed distribution of windings losses. Result comparison between two different methods has been done, and it could be found that frequency-domain analysis method was much more suitable for practical design. In order to overcome the shortcomings of GB/T 18494.2-2007 and IEC-61378 which ignored the effect of different skin depth on eddy losses of windings under the different frequencies, a harmonic losses factor was introduced to correct the losses, and to get a more accurate result. Using the corrected result to form a basis guarantee for the purpose of losses evaluation can reduce the manufacturing cost of the converter transformer.
