目的:对不同产地的两种丹参用差示扫描量热( DSC)法进行分析鉴别,鉴别内容包括:原药材粉末、水提物和醇提物。方法以α-Al2 O3作为对比参比物,在静态空的气气氛,以8mW差示扫描量热(DSC)量程,以10℃/min的升温速率,在25-400℃的温度范围下,根据实验所得到的特征和图谱峰进行比较。结果同产地的两种丹参原药材粉末、水提物和醇提物差示扫描量热( DSC)图谱峰形基本一致,仅放热峰温略有不同。结论实验表明差示扫描量热( DSC)法具有试量微样化、不用溶剂、曲线易于解析、快速简便等优点,可作为不同产地丹参及其提取物的鉴别方法之一。

목적:대불동산지적량충단삼용차시소묘량열( DSC)법진행분석감별,감별내용포괄:원약재분말、수제물화순제물。방법이α-Al2 O3작위대비삼비물,재정태공적기기분,이8mW차시소묘량열(DSC)량정,이10℃/min적승온속솔,재25-400℃적온도범위하,근거실험소득도적특정화도보봉진행비교。결과동산지적량충단삼원약재분말、수제물화순제물차시소묘량열( DSC)도보봉형기본일치,부방열봉온략유불동。결론실험표명차시소묘량열( DSC)법구유시량미양화、불용용제、곡선역우해석、쾌속간편등우점,가작위불동산지단삼급기제취물적감별방법지일。
Objective Two kinds of Salvia Miltiorrhizae from different sources by differential scanning calorimetry ( DSC) analysis identification,identification in-clude:raw material powder,water extract and alcohol extract.Methods The alpha-A l2O3 as comparative reference substance in the atmosphere,static empty,with a 8 mW differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)range,with 10℃/min heating rate,in the temperature range of 25-400℃,according to the comparison of the characteristics and the spectrum peak.Results Different origin of two kinds of Salvia miltiorrhiza powder ,water and ethanol extracts of differential scanning calorimetry ( DSC) spectrum peak is basically the same,only the exothermic peak temperature slightly different.Conclusion experiments show that the differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)method has a small amount of test sample,no solvent,curve is easy to resolve,quick,can be used as one of the method to identify and extract of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae from different habitats.
