    The paper introduces the substitution of reciprocating air intercooler for original one in air compressor , w hich has solved the problem of improper operation due to overheat in summer ,achieved the environmental pro-tection results of energy -saving and emission -reducing and improved the safety operation coefficient of air compressor .
