为有效降低E1S725-1#矸石置换巷道掘进工作面粉尘污染问题,依据该工作面的实际情况,设计了注水钻孔布置方案、钻孔参数以及钻孔封孔方法等整套注水工艺,认真组织实施后,该种煤层注水方法使工作面煤体中水分含量提高了1%以上,粉尘降尘效率达到49%以上,有效地降低了工作面粉尘浓度。

To effectively reduce the dust pollution at excavation face of E 1S725 -1# gangue replacement road-way ,the authors design and implement the full set of water injection technique including the layout and parame-ter of drilling holes and the hole drilling and sealing methods ,w hich has increased the w ater content in coal body by 1% and reduced the dust density with dust suppression efficiency of 49% .
