目的：了解护理人员执行远洋卫勤任务岗前英语培训需求情况，为护理人员岗前英语培训提供参考依据。方法采用质性研究中现象学研究方法对9名执行过“亚丁湾护航”或“和谐使命”任务的护理人员进行深入访谈。结果访谈中，主要提炼出3个主题条目：护理人员对执行远洋卫勤任务岗前英语培训存在迫切需求、希望岗前英语培训内容突出实用性、希望岗前英语培训教学形式多样化。结论医院管理者应在护理人员执行远洋卫勤任务岗前英语培训中，完善合理的岗前英语培训内容，形式要更加灵活和多样，以利于护理人员圆满完成任务。

Objective To investigate the demands for the need of English language training by the nursing staff before over -seas deployment for the delivery of ocean-going medical support , so as to provide evidence for language training before taking up new posts.Methods The Colaizzi phenomenon method in qualitative research was used to interview in detail 9 nursing people, who once performed the Gulf of Aden escort mission or "Mission Harmony".Results The following 3 key subjects were thus put forward: there were urgent demands among the nursing staff for English language training before deployment to sea for the delivery of ocean -going medi-cal support;focal points should be put on the practicability of language training;and training modes be as varied or diversified as possi-ble.Conclusion Study results indicated that administrators of shore-based hospitals should pay attention to proper contents of English language training , and more flexible and varied training methods , so as to enable the nursing personnel to fulfill their tasks more smoothly .
