目的：探索一套家庭医生服务要求的岗位绩效考核指标体系。方法：采用文献归纳法、专题小组讨论及两轮德尔菲专家咨询法，确定家庭医生个人绩效考核指标体系。结果：设计出一套适用于考核家庭医生个人绩效的评价体系。结论：借鉴英国质量和结果框架（QOF）指标体系成功经验，加强家庭医生健康管理过程、结果质量考核，值得实践和探索。
목적：탐색일투가정의생복무요구적강위적효고핵지표체계。방법：채용문헌귀납법、전제소조토론급량륜덕이비전가자순법，학정가정의생개인적효고핵지표체계。결과：설계출일투괄용우고핵가정의생개인적효적평개체계。결론：차감영국질량화결과광가（QOF）지표체계성공경험，가강가정의생건강관리과정、결과질량고핵，치득실천화탐색。
Objective:To explore the performance evaluation index system of family doctors’ services. Methods:Literature review,focus group discussion and two-round Delphi expert consultations were conducted for the determination of performance evaluation index system of family doctors. Results:A set of suitable performance evaluation index system for family doctors were designed. Conclusion:It is suggested to strengthen the quality of management process and results by family doctors according to the successful experience of quality and outcome frame is worth practicing and exploration.
