强直性脊柱炎（AS）是一种以继发性骨质疏松症（OP）、韧带骨赘形成与骨性强直为特征的炎性关节病。 OP可致腰椎及股骨颈骨折，早期诊断对防治AS引起的OP具有非常重要的意义，如何选择合适的检查方法成为临床医生关注的重点。就双能X线吸收测定法（DAX）、定量CT （QCT）、定量超声测定法（QUS）、MRI等各种诊断OP的影像检查方法的最新进展予以综述。

Ankylosing spondylitis (AS) is a kind of inflammatory arthritis characterized by secondary osteoporosis (OP), ligament osteophyte formation and osseous stiffness. The AS could case fracture at lumbar spine and femoral neck. Early diagnosis is essential in prevention and control OP in patients with AS. The choice of a proper exam is highly interested by clinicians. In this article we reviewed the recent advances of different imaging methods used for OP diagnosis such as dual X-ray absorptiometry (DXA), quantitative computed tomography (QCT), quantitative ultrasound (QUS), and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).
