随着人口日渐老龄化，以及人们接触高能量伤害的机会增加，肱骨近端骨折的发生率日益增高。复杂的肱骨近端骨折对其周围组织损伤严重，治疗困难，尽管现在有诸多治疗手段，仍有较高的并发症和后遗症发生率。近年来，微创经皮钢板内固定术（ MIPPO）技术在肱骨近端骨折治疗中应用广泛，临床效果也满意。本文对目前MIPPO应用于肱骨近端骨折的治疗作一综述。

With the gradual aging of the population and the increased chance of getting high energy dam -age,the proximal humeral fracture incidence increased significantly .Complex proximal humeral fractures are prone to damage surrounding tissues seriously and are difficult to treat .Despite of many treatment methods ,there is still a high rate of complications and sequelae .In recent years ,the MIPPO technology in the proximal humeral fracture is widely used and the clinical result is good .This paper will make a review of the treatment of proximal humeral frac-tures with the application of MIPPO technology .
