合作性学习是目前教学改革中广泛采用的一种教学方法,研究发现,学生对于学习方案的理解程度、组内人际关系、教师对教学过程的控制、指导能力、学生对于学习的兴趣都会影响到最终的学习效果。增加对学习方案的讲解、建立良好的组内人际关系、加强教师培训提高其指导能力、通过合理的手段激发学习兴趣将对提高合作性学习的效果起到良好的作用。
閤作性學習是目前教學改革中廣汎採用的一種教學方法,研究髮現,學生對于學習方案的理解程度、組內人際關繫、教師對教學過程的控製、指導能力、學生對于學習的興趣都會影響到最終的學習效果。增加對學習方案的講解、建立良好的組內人際關繫、加彊教師培訓提高其指導能力、通過閤理的手段激髮學習興趣將對提高閤作性學習的效果起到良好的作用。

Cooperative learning is a teaching method which is widely used in teaching reform, the study found that the degree of students’ understanding of learning program, interpersonal relationships within the group, the teacher’s controlling of the teaching process, coaching skills, students’ interesting for learning will affect the final study results. With explaining the learning programs clearly, establishing a harmonious group relationship, strengthening training to improve teachers’ coaching skills, stimulating students’ interesting for learning will improve the effectiveness of cooperative learning.
