新建隧道近距离穿越既有地铁结构施工已成为城市地铁工程建设中的一种常见情况,如何有效地控制既有线的变形已成为目前研究的热点问题。以深圳地铁11号线车公庙站-红树湾站盾构区间小净距(1.5 m)上穿既有运营1号线竹子林站-侨城东站区间为例,采用既有线上方地层加固技术、上穿段盾构掘进控制技术和既有结构监测施工技术,有效地控制了既有结构的变形,确保盾构施工安全和既有地铁的正常运营。

In recent years,it is normal that tunnels under construction cross closely above existing Metro structure in urban areas.As a result,studies on the control of the deformation of the existing structure become a hot topic.In the construction of the shield-bored tunnel of Chegongmiao station-Hongshuwan station section on No.1 1 line of Shenzhen Metro,which crosses closely above the existing Zhuzilin station-Qiaochengdong station of No.1 line of Shenzhen Metro, technologies,such as reinforcement of ground above the existing Metro line,shield boring control technology and existing structure monitoring technology,are used.In the end,the deformation of the existing structure has been brought under effective control,and the safety of the shield-bored tunnel and the operation of the existing Metro line have been guaranteed.
