来访者因与同学发生冲突,心情低落,抑郁,主动求治。经过收集资料,心理咨询师根据心理问题的诊断标准及 SCL 90、SAS、SDS等诊断工具,与精神分裂症、抑郁症、一般心理问题相鉴别,最终鉴定为严重心理问题,主要是人际关系问题。咨询师运用认知行为疗法、合理情绪疗法、会谈法等方法帮助求助者改变不合理认知,同时消除其焦虑情绪,促进其社会交往能力的提高,效果良好。

Visitors become low in mood and depressed,and ask for medical treatment themselves be-cause of the conflict with the classmates.After the data are collected according to the diagnostic criteria of psychological problems,and the use of the diagnosis tool of SCL 90,SAS,SDS and other diagnostic tools,the psychologist differentiates with schizophrenia,depression,psychological problems,and even-tually identifies as serious psychological problems,mainly the problem of interpersonal relations.The therapist uses cognitive behavioral therapy,rational emotive therapy,and talking method to help the visitors to change their irrational cognition,which,at the same time,eliminates their anxiety.The treatment can help to improve their social intercourse ability and receive very good effects.
