为探索实现杂交棉产量与纤维品质最佳结合的施磷水平,以转基因杂交棉新品种邯6402为试验材料,在棉花播种前底施过磷酸钙、氯化钾180 kg/hm2和尿素150 kg/hm2作底肥,试验设过磷酸钙施用量0(不施, CK)、210、300、390和480 kg/hm2计5个处理,在最佳种植密度42000株/hm2条件下,分析了不同施磷水平对杂交棉产量及纤维品质的影响。结果表明:播种前底施磷肥390 kg/hm2,能够实现杂交棉邯6402产量与纤维品质的最佳结合。该施肥水平时棉花产量高,达到了4697.75 kg/hm2;且纤维品质好,其中纤维长度29.86 mm、比强度31.4 cN/tex、马克隆值5.0、整齐度84.5%。

In order to find out the phosphorus level suitable for best combination of hybrid cotton yield and fiber quality, using transgenic hybrid cotton variety Han 6402 as test material, applying calcium superphosphate, potassium chloride 180 kg/hm2 and urea 150 kg/hm2 as base fertilizer before sowing, the calcium superphosphate fertilizer was set 0 (no applying, CK), 210, 300, 390 and 480 kg/hm2, and the effects of different levels of phosphate fertilizer application on hybrid cotton yield and fiber quality were analyzed under the optimum planting density of 42 000 strains/hm2 condition.The results showed that the best combination of hybrid cotton Han 6402 yield and fiber quality could be realized applied phosphate fertilizer 390 kg/hm2 before sowing, in the phosphate fertilizer level, the yield of cotton reached 4 697.75 kg/hm2, and the quality fiber was better, the cotton with fiber length of 29.86 mm, fracture strength of 31.4 cN/tex, micronaire value of 5 and uniformity of 84.5%.
