为了研究桃组织结构与抗寒性的关系,以9个桃树品种的1a生休眠枝条为试材,进行了解剖结构观察和半致死温度( LT50)测定,并用恢复生长法进行了抗寒性验证。结果表明:9个桃品种的 LT50在-25~-20℃之间,与-20℃低温处理后枝条的发芽率呈极显著负相关,相关系数为-0.798;与枝条的木质部比率和木质部厚度/皮层厚度(木皮比)呈极显著负相关,相关系数分别为-0.856和-0.808;与皮层比率呈显著正相关,相关系数为0.700。可以把木质部和皮层在枝条中所占比例作为桃抗寒性的形态结构鉴定指标之一。

In order to to investigate the relationship between tissue structure and cold resistance of peach , one-year-old dormant branches of nine cultivars of peach were used to observe their anatomical structure and determine their LT50 , then the cold resistance were validated with the regrowth method.The results showed that the range of LT50 of nine peach cultivars was from -25 ℃ to -20 ℃, it was significantly negative correlation with germination rate of branches in -20 ℃, r =-0.798**, it was significantly negative correlation with the ratio of the thickness of xylem to the whole thickness of branches and the ratio of the thickness of xylem to the thickness of cortex, r=-0.856**and r =-0.808**, respectively, it was significant positive correlation with the ratio of the thickness of cortex to the whole thickness of branches , r =-0.700*.The characterisitics in branch tissues could be used as one of the criteria of cold resistance of peach.
