某600 MW汽轮发电机机组大修期间,通过采用交流阻抗及损耗、两极电压平衡、绕组电压分布等方法,诊断出转子存在匝间短路故障,并判断出故障点位于上极绕组6号线圈。返厂解体证实上极绕组6号线圈存在匝间短路故障,修复后投入运行正常。
某600 MW汽輪髮電機機組大脩期間,通過採用交流阻抗及損耗、兩極電壓平衡、繞組電壓分佈等方法,診斷齣轉子存在匝間短路故障,併判斷齣故障點位于上極繞組6號線圈。返廠解體證實上極繞組6號線圈存在匝間短路故障,脩複後投入運行正常。
모600 MW기륜발전궤궤조대수기간,통과채용교류조항급손모、량겁전압평형、요조전압분포등방법,진단출전자존재잡간단로고장,병판단출고장점위우상겁요조6호선권。반엄해체증실상겁요조6호선권존재잡간단로고장,수복후투입운행정상。
During the overhaul of 600 MW steam turbine generator units,the inter-turn short-circuit fault in rotor is deter-mined by AC impedance and loss,bipolar voltage balance and winding voltage distribution methods.Besides,it is determined that the fault is located in the sixth coil on upper polar.The disassembly demonstrates the fault,after repair of which the u-nits return to normal operation.
