目的：探讨彩色多普勒超声及利用高频探头对小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎的诊断价值，为临床诊疗提供依据。方法：利用高频探头经腹壁对141例有急性或慢性腹痛的患儿进行超声检查，重点探查脐周及右下腹。结果：141名患儿的脐周或右下腹均探及肿大的数个淋巴结回声，形态规则，境界清，淋巴门结构清晰，纵横比＞2。经过临床抗感染治疗5～7d后，患儿腹痛改善或消失，此时再进行彩超复查，发现肿大的淋巴结明显缩小。结论：高频彩超诊断小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎的准确率高，是首选的影像学检查方法，不但能帮助临床进行及时诊断，而且还能对治疗效果进行观察，指导临床用药。
목적：탐토채색다보륵초성급이용고빈탐두대소인장계막림파결염적진단개치，위림상진료제공의거。방법：이용고빈탐두경복벽대141례유급성혹만성복통적환인진행초성검사，중점탐사제주급우하복。결과：141명환인적제주혹우하복균탐급종대적수개림파결회성，형태규칙，경계청，림파문결구청석，종횡비＞2。경과림상항감염치료5～7d후，환인복통개선혹소실，차시재진행채초복사，발현종대적림파결명현축소。결론：고빈채초진단소인장계막림파결염적준학솔고，시수선적영상학검사방법，불단능방조림상진행급시진단，이차환능대치료효과진행관찰，지도림상용약。
Objective:To discuss the diagnostic value of color doppler ultrasound and high frequency probing into mesenteric lymphadenitis of children,so as to provide evidence to the clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods:A total of 141 children with acute or chronic abdominal pain were inspected by high frequency probe,and emphasis was put on peripheral umbilicus and right lower abdomen. Results:Echoes of several swollen lymph nodes with regular form and clear boundary were detected at peripheral umbilicus and right lower abdomen of all the 141 children and the structure of the hilums of the lymph nodes were clear,with aspect ratios above than 2. After 5 to 7 days' anti-infective treatment,the abdominal pains of the children relieved or disappeared. Then they were examined by color doppler ultrasound again,The results showed that the swollen lymph nodes were shrunk obviously. Conclusion:Color doppler ultrasound with high accurate rate on diagnosis of mesenteric lymphadenitis of children is the preferred imaging examination method,which can not only help doctors to diagnose the disease timely,and also be used to observe the clinical effect and to guide the clinical medication.
