目的：研究葛根素治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床效果。方法：选取257例冠心病心绞痛患者进行研究，随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组给予常规治疗，观察组在常规治疗基础上，给予葛根素注射液，治疗结束后评价两组患者的心绞痛症状疗效和心电图疗效。结果：观察组患者的心绞痛症状疗效总有效率和心电图疗效总有效率明显高于对照组。结论：葛根素治疗冠心病心绞痛临床效果显著。
목적：연구갈근소치료관심병심교통적림상효과。방법：선취257례관심병심교통환자진행연구，수궤분위관찰조화대조조，대조조급여상규치료，관찰조재상규치료기출상，급여갈근소주사액，치료결속후평개량조환자적심교통증상료효화심전도료효。결과：관찰조환자적심교통증상료효총유효솔화심전도료효총유효솔명현고우대조조。결론：갈근소치료관심병심교통림상효과현저。
Objective:To study the clinical effect of puerarin in treatment of coronary heart disease with angina pectoris. Methods:257 cases of coronary heart disease with angina pectoris patients were studied. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was given conventional treatment,and the observation group was given conventional treatment and added puerarin injection. And then the effect of two groups of curative effect in patients with angina pectoris and electrocardiogram were evaluated. Results:About the total effective rate of the curative effect of angina and ECG curative effect,the observation group was significantly higher than the control group. Conclusion:Puerarin has remarkable effect on the treatment of coronary heart disease with angina pectoris.
