论文以湖南科技学院体育系2012级男大学生为研究对象,采用实验设计对体操教学过程中的程序教学与传统教学效果进行比较研究。研究结果表明:在体操教学过程中采用程序教学方法的学生比用传统教学方法的学生在体操成绩、学习动机和创编能力方面均有较大提高。

Hunan Institute of Science and Technology Department of Physical Education male college students as the research object, using the experimental law, literature and mathematical statistics, research method and so the teaching of gymnastics in the process of self-learning and traditional teaching learning research.The results show that in the process of teaching gymnastics to adopt self-learning methods of students than traditional teaching methods with student achievement in gymnastics and creation capabilities are greatly enhanced.
