建筑的市场化,一定程度上导致了建筑功能的随意化、立面造型的同质化及建筑空间的匀质化。本文以“汽摩配检测公共服务平台暨国家质检中心”方案设计为例,分析了理想性与科学性、矛盾性与统一性、简单性与复杂性、随机性与肌理性等建筑创作的基本原则,反思建筑设计主体地位的缺失,呼唤建筑师创作的情与理。

The marketization of the construction industry, to a certain extent, led to the randomization of the building functions, homogenization of the facade and the architectural space. Taking the design of public service platform and national quality inspection center on detection of automobile and motorcycle parts as an example, the paper analyzed the basic principles of harmonization of ideal and scientific nature, simplicity and complexity, randomness and texture of architectural creation, reveals the lack of the subject status of the building design, proposing sentiment and rationality of the architectural creation.
